"We had a short 3 night stay at Pleno. It was close to everything and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast options and close to the Aeroparque airport. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale"

Breakfast was incredible! They had every morning delight imaginable and even had made-to-order items.
The area, St Martin Plaza/Park, was quiet and safe.
