This is an apartment hotel in a central location in the Palermo neighborhood. Very well-equipped room. No cleaning between days. It has everything and an excellent location. The hotel is very good and provides excellent value for money. However, I did not give a perfect score for two reasons: 1. Although it is nice to have a washing machine, the dryer did not really work and we had to run it 5 times until the clothes were quite dry. 2. When the toilet paper ran out, I asked for more toilet paper and was told that only 2 rolls of toilet paper were included in the price. I do not think it is reasonable to say this at the reception to a customer who needs toilet paper at that moment. Although it was possible to give one more and say that we will buy the next ones at the supermarket.

The location is easy to find and close to many restaurants and shops. I suggest using the bus and metro system from the location. It is easy and convenient to use around the city. We went to a few restaurants in the neighborhood. The cafe next door was fantastic. I had daily coffee there. The staff were communicated regularly with me and answered all my questions. Javier was amazing, he was helpful with my questions. We traveled to Montevideo for two days and returned to the same apartment after. Javier took our luggage and stored it for the days we were out. Mikhail helped us when we returned and had our luggage in the room ready. Little things like that make a difference. The hotel is close to Newbery airport. I recommend using an uber in the city. It’s reasonable and easy to use.
