"The best thing about the property is the rooms are cozy and nice. Theres no free chairs at the small pool where half of the pools are 3 feet or less. Foods are mediocre at best, Service from restaurant is horrible, Rude and no manners. Unless you speak perfect Korean or Chinese , I would recommend you go somewhere in Jungmun Area, where staffs are able to speak English and have hospitality mind. Worst experience from the property with 5 stars. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the pool—great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the “view” experience (unless you’re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). The floors were slightly squeaky. On a brighter note, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site, and the Aglio Olio was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! "Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality.
