"Stay was generally good except for a couple of service related incidents eg i asked front desk to make a reservation for us one evening and the person asked me to book myself. When i showed the restaurant name on my mobile app, the person tried to call the restaurant directly on my mobile without asking me. "

"Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded. Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay. The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy access into the city and the airport. "

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the front desk staff they were simply the best! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Somerset Chengdu to anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!"

"great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu. "
