Beautiful room with a great balcony and nice view (even at 45 degree angle), friendly staff at the pool and for room service, excellent restaurants and great food. A short walk to shops and other restaurants, and friendly concierge to book tours and excursions with if you want to do that. Wait lists for chairs at the adult pool cleared quickly most days.

The staff was wonderful and did everything that they could to accommodate the people that they had. There was less than optimal seating for everyone. We put our names in for a chair at 7:20 AM and didn't get a call to say that there could potentially be a seat for us until 4 PM that day at the adult pool when we were eating at Como sushi there were bins of trash going by which wasn't more than less than a healing at least. For theroom is water
