Stayed as a couple in August in a comfort room. The hotel was very welcoming. The staff are great and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for us so we could pop back several times a day. Complimentary drinks and snacks were great and the wine buffet every evening with a happy hour cheese board daily too. Breakfast was plentiful with a lovely cook on hand to makes you pancakes, eggs, omelettes etc. good to note the fresh orange juice at breakfast time is delicious.

Great location between the center of town and the some of the more neighborhood restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are extremely helpful. We very much enjoyed the "all inclusive" nature of the hotel meaning that all of the drinks in the room and bar are included as well as nightly cheese and crackers. The room is a bit pricey but I found that this is consistent with most of the other nice hotels in Amsterdam. I would definitly stay here next time visiting Amsterdam.
