Great little bed-and-breakfast with small rooms or cottages on the marsh side of Folly Beach. The staff is amazing especially grandma. Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything

Charming and well equipped cottage, right on the river and very walkable to the Folly Beach downtown and all of the excellent bars and restaurants. 2br/2ba Kings Tide cottage was a pleasure to stay at, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Loved this spot! Great bed and breakfast! love the private entrance, the amenities in the main house, in addition to breakfast, they have beach supplies. Great spot to land after camping fot a week. Such an adorable place to stay! Wish we had more time but we could only stay one night but already know we will be back in the near future. The location could not be more perfect. Great location, close enough to walk to the beach but far away enough from the Main Street that we could sleep peacefully. Lauren was extremely nice and understanding. Breakfast was convenient and they had enough options even for dairy and gluten intolerant people. They had beach towels available and sunscreen in case you forgot your own. Although the street was busy, we never had trouble parking. Loved our stay :)

Everything is just as advertised but better. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure that all the little things you need are provided. The rooms are extra clean and well decorated with beach theme in mind. The continental breakfast was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee. They even had snacks in the evening and it was even decorated for Easter. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Folly. We are definitely looking at returning in the future.

We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The next morning was a great surprise. There was a little kitchen with a full breakfast buffet laid out with pastries, toast, muffins, coffee, juices, fruit, yogurt, and cereals! We were totally surprised it was nice talking to the other guest and being with the lady that ran the kitchen and the dining area. Everybody was very sweet and it was like we were staying in a guest house! Just beautiful, we will stay here again next time.

Host was very sweet! Hooked my gf up with the only local dentist after she shattered her tooth at Rios--on hummus of all things. Room was cute and homey, bed was a bit stiff, shower had low water pressure and all but a few of the holes in the shower spout were dispensing water, furniture was outdatted and could use updating or restoration, the porch entrance was very cute, and the breakfast was really awesome.
