8/10 Very good

The hotel is beautiful but the carpets could use a refresh (steam/shampoo/replace). All of the staff, from doormen to bellhop to valet, all were amazing! They are what made this rating go from 3-stars to 4. What caused the loss of stars was a few things: fridge and microwave are not standard (they have to be requested and delivered only if available), we were only left 3 body towels and 2 hand towels… there were 4 people on reservation (no wash cloths or floor mat/towel) and the garage was not answering their phone on day of checkout (which was a Tuesday) to ask about leaving the car while we explored a little more. Overall, I never questioned our safety, everything was functional, walking distance to A LOT and that water pressure was what dreams are made of. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the property. The location is very convenient.Valet parking was awesome.Everything from the complimentary Jazz to the restaurants were very good.We were there for the fourth of July and that was the highlight with fireworks from the rooftop .The only drawback is the rooms are a bit tiny and not much storage available.
