Staff rating is 4/10. You can’t feel any warmth. Place is outdated 5/10. No bidet. Try to find another accommodation if you wish to stay in Shin Okubo area.

Quiet location and helpful staff. They got me a soft pillow (ask for one when you book)..
You can leave your bags if you have a late departure.
Wi-Fi was intermittent. Maybe because our room was at the end of the corridor.

We stayed for 3 nights. We decided to book this hotel for closeness to the area. That's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The AC didn't cool the room at all, eventhough it was running. The bathroom had seen better days. It seems a very old hotel that hasn't been keeping up with maintenance, but definetely if you are looking for being close to Shinjiku and to the train stations for mobility, this is your march.
