The hotel was beautiful and the view spectacular. It was a great place to relax but if you are looking for action and night life, it's a little removed. We wanted to check out the view at the sky bar so we went up for one drink, were sat away from the window and informed it was 5,000 yen to enter even though we had two rooms for two nights. The drinks […] were 15,000 to 20,000 yen for an average size drink. 145,000 yen for six of us to have one drink with at an inferior table. the hotel was lovely and the room was so nice. we had a double twin bed room and the tub was a jacuzzi tub. so great with a gorgeous view. definitely recommend it! many restaurants downstairs, but they close around 9;30pm so if you want to enjoy them, don:t go too late!

Let me just way that I am not sure I could find another hotel of this luxury, beauty, and attentiveness at any price anywhere in the world. Hotel is big and modern and the staff were kind and very attentive. Our room(s) were large, clean and had great views. The wireless internet in our first room was not working and once they figured out they could not fix it they moved us to another room with no delay. Outstanding all around. Among the best service I've received in any hotel anywhere. Room was clean and modern with a great bathroom. Location was perfect and hotel had a free shuttle to the JR station nearby. Also thye offer a airport shuttle to Haneda for 900 yen.

I needed wifi for my iPhone and iPad, and they setup a wifi antennae in the room for free, which worked well. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in a park which surrounds the Tokyo Tower and was quiet. The hotel is located near several subway stations and close by within walking distance (1 km) is a JR train line. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the JR train station which we used once. The airport limousine also has a bus stop […] at the hotel making it convienent to get back and forth from the airport. There are several restaurants at the hotel which we ate at only a couple of times since it was rather pricey. In the lobby there is a store which also has a bakery inside so it was convienent to get something small if required. This hotel was actually a really nice surprise. Looking at it from the out outside, I definitely didn't expect much. Upon walking inside, I got greeted with the usual Japanese hospitality, but with an actual warm feeling, not like the robotic, "just doing their job routine" like I'm used to in Japan. After getting my room (stayed in a superior queen […] corner), I was shown up to my room, luggage in tote. The room was on the older side, but definitely, nice and clean. The closet was of good size, the restroom had a shower and separate tub, along side an awesome heated seat toilet!! I'm telling you, I didn't think much about this until I first used it, one word - AWESOME! The bed was really comfortable, and the sitting area roomy. The cleaning staff was awesome. There's only one person that cleans your room, ALWAYS, and their name is on a card next to you on the nightstand. Usually, I dump the useless decor pillows and the end bed cover thing, in the closet, but every time I did, it was back on the bed after they cleaned the room. It was as though they wanted the room perfect every time you came back. Room was always cleaned, without a hitch. Internet is free but only a LAN plug in, no WiFi, but it's free! Internet speed is decent for a hotel, but not fast compared to what Japan is using. All in all, a great place to stay that I would be more than happy to come back and stay in. Read more
