"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"Good location with good access to the aquarium, gallery etc. easy to park with a reasonable additional cost. The staff were very helpful
& the rooms clean & comfortable. This was our 2nd stay & would go back again. "

"Great hotel near the museums and park. City and beach both easily accessible by bus or a 40 minute walk through the park. Breakfast lovely, staff great. Only fault is that there is no kettle in the room. "

"This is not the newest property I have stayed in, but definitely one of the cleanest. The housekeeping staff is excellent! The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would stay here again. "

"The staff were warm, attentive and helpful. This was especially important for me because it was our first time traveling to Valencia Spain. I was there with my family to run the Valencia marathon. On the day of the race, they prepared a breakfast buffet early to cater to the needs of the runners. I was be happy about that. Very happy with Bartos. "

Not only the apartment was well ubicated, the room nice and clean and comfortable, but the Service excellent; every time we asked for guidance they answered immediately and kindly, and when offered us the possibility of leaving our luggage in lockers for free after the check out which was very convenient. Also clise to a taxi rank, information oint, the marina, a park for children, bus and metro (tram) stops. Those are the pros, the cons are that it is equally close to a noisy party club which goes from around 2pm in the afternoon to dome unearthly time is the morning. Fireworks at 2.39am and the racket from this club lead to many disturbed nights of sleep. No fault...
