"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade to a river view room!
The beds were top notch “Westin Heavenly Beds” that had me sleeping in every day of our vacation. "
"We had a wonderful stay, it was better than described and we would love to return next year as the location was great, and the accommodations reflected that New Orleans style."
