"I loved the hotel, room, and service overall. The room was excellent and met my expectations. The only problem my husband and I had was with dirty bedding. I tried to replace them, but was told by someone at the virtual front desk that it was after hours. There was no one to bring a clean set of bedding. So, we slept uncomfortably all night, knowing that we were sleeping on something mysterious that someone else had left behind. The next morning, the hotel tried to rectify the situation by reimbursing my early check-in fee. I will stay again."
"Like step back in time to ‘old’ Hollywood! Amazing welcome from the Reception staff. Our Cabana Balcony room had a great view of the pool and included all the facilities we needed for our 5 night stay.
Comfortable beds, huge shower with toiletries, gowns & fluffy towels.
We opted for the Valet Parking, whilst $75 per day may seem expensive we wanted the reassurance and convenience it offered and it didn’t disappoint.
The location is perfect for walking along Hollywood Boulevard and then driving to many other attractions etc
My only tip is to double check your bill - we were almost charged for mini bar items that we hadn’t had - it was quickly sorted however.
Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!"
"Nice clean spacious Room, each time I message Staff they replied straight away and were very helpful. Nice and close to Attractions and lots of Food options would definitely stay again
Only downfall is that with cleaning only offered once a week or fee charged floor got really gross, we ran out of toilet paper and had to wash our towels we ended having to buy a broom and more toilet papers would be nice if clean towels and more toilet paper were provided every few days and broom was provided in room :) "
"Absolutely fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated with charm and character. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds/furniture are so comfortable! The pool area is great and has a good happy hour offer to boot.
Whilst this hotel is not located in the nicest area of hollywood, it is geographically very convenient being near many tourist hotspots.
This was, to our surprise, the best hotel we stayed at on our entire california roadtrip. "
