"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
"Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable with fresh and crisp bedding. Bathroom had everything you would need, soap, razor, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. Had a small fridge (no microwave), iron, safe, coffeemaker.
Building is older, but charming. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Tiles need a bit of caulking, but otherwise very clean.
Elevators were small and a bit rickety, but not a problem.
Very satisfied for the value."
