We have travelled extensively all over the world, and I can honestly say that Amber Residence in Krakow is, without a doubt, the most amazing place we have ever stayed. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The team went above and beyond throughout our stay—nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A very special thank you to everyone for making my husband’s 60th birthday so incredibly memorable. The effort and thoughtfulness meant so much to us and truly made our stay unforgettable. The accommodation itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Its location is perfect—just a short walk from the central square, making it ideal for exploring everything Krakow has to offer. We were also struck by how clean and well-kept the city of Krakow is, which added even more to the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will be recommending Amber Residence to everyone we know. A truly exceptional stay.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is good in old town and room was clean and impeccable. Only small issue I had was didn’t like my pillow but grey actually have a pillow menu of all types that I didnt use so 100% my fault. Would stay here again without hesitation.
