The staff were very pleasant and helpful and also helped us with our parking issue when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. "The hotel is a lovely and boutique. Located 10 minutes from the Central Market and in good walking distance to many places and restaurant's.
The hotel bar Trotamundo's is a must and Gian Luca and Fabrizio make impressive cocktails...but also give great recommendations' for other places! It has a lovely ambience.

"Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze!
Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us.
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently.
Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.
The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless. "
