Nice room, good working air conditioner in the room. I had read about the free soba after 9pm in other reviews, and sure enough, the free bowl of soba (between 9pm-11pm) was real. It wasn't fancy, but surprisingly comforting. The hotel itself was a little difficult to initially navigate to from Shin-Osaka Station, but that is entirely due to the station's confusing layout, and not the fault of the hotel in any way. If you can exit the station via the walkway to the next-door Nissay Shin-Osaka Building, and from there get down to ground level, navigation is easier. Would stay again.

Great stay location 2 blocks away from Shin-Osaka station, has 2 laundry, an Onsen which is a plus after a long and tiring walked you need a Onsen to be ready for the next day of walking , free soba every night and most of all staff are so helpful . Recommend this hotel . And of course near the 7-11, Family Mart , Lawson , Pharmacy. And grocery store

This hotel was great for our family trip. It was a good size, a clean functional room and the hotel was an easy walk to a great station that had the train lines to get to most of Osaka and had some cool little food options close by. Located very convenient fex minutes walk from Shin Osaka when arriving or leaving by shinkanzen or getting on the metro lines. A little far from the center if you are planning to spend days in Osaka, youll get to spend a lot of time in the metro. The hotel was great, friendly staff, really good japanese breakfast and located in a safe, quiet nabohood with places to eat and shop to buy snacks.

Good location, very near to Shin Osaka train station. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. A very big life supermarket just 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was very good. Room is quite small but overall, value for money. Will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

Very nice hotel that was near the Shin-Osaka station and places to eat. Smaller than typical American style hotel rooms, but that was anticipated. Everything was clean and appreciated the amenities. What we really liked was the breakfast buffet and free soba at night! Food was really good and affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated that they could hold our luggage before and after we checked out.

Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, great value for money, we stayed in Deluxe Twin room that was spacious, very clean and convenient to stay. Comfortable beds and good noise isolation. Close to shin Osaka station. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast choices were slightly limited still enough for a light meal. Complementary soba was offered in the eve hours.
