The reception desk staff at this hotel is exceptional. It is apparent that they only hire the best! They are all English speaking, extremely professional and hospitable.
(It is noted in the check-in info that if you notify the hotel anytime before 9am that you do not need your room cleaned that day, you will be given a voucher for a drink at the bar. It might be a good idea for the representative to mention it upon checking-in instead of relying on the guests to read the info. Maybe more multi-night guests might opt for the option. It could be a win-win for both.)
The lady manager(?) at the Numero 5 restaurant was always service with a smile. Wish I had gotten her name. So nice to be greeted by someone so pleasant first thing in the morning for breakfast. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pastries were especially good.
The designer must have a high budget for the renovation. Seems like they splurged on details. Even the room numbers were special!
