This is a nice brand new hotel in a very convenient location. The self-serve amenities are plenty, but the room is very small. With the request of getting a nicer view and a larger room, we still think the room is too small.

I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. No not recommend
I have to pass by open air cutout of the building to get to my room and it’s super windy and cold. The building is a square shape, which makes it dark, cold, and eerie. The water pressure is low in the shower. The water temperature does not hold, when I’m using hot water, it just turns cold. When I’m using cold water, it would randomly turn hot. The public bath is always full of people so the floor and rinse around gets slimy. The tv turns on itself sometimes and there’s an old man voice singing an eerie song. Crappy!!!

Poor service on luggage storage on sunday morning. And it is not reasonable for the whole hotel at the same check out time. It takes 20 mins waiting for the lift and more than 30 mins for luggage storage. Also this hotel rejected the airport luggage services. This hotel has 40 floor with at least 40 rooms per floor. Please consider to arrange difference check out time to release the pressure on the life and luggage service. Also it is poor arrangement to ask the women staff wearing a high heeled shoes to do the luggage storage services. Please consider your employee ‘safety.
