I stayed at this hotel last year and loved it. They have not changed on my recent visit. This hotel ranks as my favorite one in Italy! The location is excellent - not far from the station. The rooms as well appointed - the bathrooms are my favorite part. Wow, what a shower! All of the staff are helpful, pleasant, and work hard to make a guest's stay amazing. When meeting friends in the lobby they offered us all coffee and made us feel at home. Their recommendations were excellent as well on where to go and where to eat in Venice. I will definitely stay here on any future trips to Venice, which will hopefully be soon.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, absolutely spotless, decor is upscale and beautiful. Staff is amazing from reception to breakfast room, Matteo and Marta so welcoming and helpful, highly recommend a stay here! Take the vaporetto or ferry from airport to san biasio then a short walk is best way to get here.
