We had a 4 night stay and staff was very helpful and friendly - arranged transportation for us, brought suitcases to our room, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. We were only able to take advantage of the breakfast one day as it didnt start until 8am and we had some early day activities - it would be nice if at least coffee and small items were available earlier. Only other word of caution os there is no elevator - we were on 4th floor which is really the 6th floor so lots of stairs.

Great front desk staff, and though breakfast has limited options, it was still very good. Room was comfortable. We chose a balcony room so opening the door brought in fresh air, which was helpful as we thought the air conditioning in the room made an odd smell, so we preferred it off. Very good location close to so many things, including a few great tapas places and other restaurants, the waterfront where we went for a jog towards the Belem Tower, a post office, the metro, and shopping. Quite steep hills around the area!

Located in a prime area near plenty of restaurants and bars. Very walkable area. Great, clean hotel, with friendly staff and well working air conditioning. Staff assisted with luggage to room. Comfortable beds and pillows, and a great view of the river. Very spacious room. The walk up the 6 set of stairs was not that bad. The add-on breakfast was just OK and not worth the price. Overall amazing stay!

Isabella and all staff were extremely helpful in terms of restaurant recommendations, getting around the city, checking in, help with luggage up the many steps, breakfast, coffee and getting a taxi to the airport. And the view was amazing just as you see it in the picture. Very comfortable, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend. The location is central in Lisbon.

Location can’t be beat. Lovely and practical amenities . The staff is very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable. Isabella, manager, is amazing. Be prepared to walk up MANY flights of stairs to the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.
