Poor service
The male & female at the front desk were not helpful and service were poor. A pity that hotel was fine. Need to cancel my booking for my stay on 8th to 11th February

Awful reception staff!
Stayed here last month and was unimpressed with the reception staff. Unhelpful and lacking English skills. Thought I'd give them a 2nd chance and stayed again this month. Wow, got a new receptionist who was worst than last time! Showed his displeasure when I asked 4 receipt for 1000bt checkin deposit. When I asked what it was for, was told it's company policy! Is that an answer? Tried to go swimming but dark. Asked receptionist how to switch on the lights and was told "its dark because closing at 7pm". I said it's 6.15, to which he said "there aren't any pool lights". I told him I've just seen them but they're off. He replied "they're broke n". I asked if the hot water was also broken as it was cold in my room. He said "u need to wait a minute". I said I'd waited 5 minutes already. He then patronisingly explained how a tap works! He said he'd send an engineer, who never came.. Or maybe he did but I was swimming in a pitch black pool! Shame about the staff cos quite nice hotel otherwise. Quite rare to find such bad service in Bangkok
