Great location. Clean rooms. Nice street views plus you can see part of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Ian at the front desk was so helpful and provided so many recommendations for restaurants in the area! Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Good location, reasonable price for Paris, friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is older, but it seemed to be well-maintained. It has a great location near the St. Lazare train station.

The room was very clean, the style was unusual for us but very cute. Only the bathroom door was very impractical and you could hear absolutely everything through it. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of storage space, but since we were only there for 3 days, it wasn't a big problem for us.
The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. We would especially like to praise the young woman at reception; she was very welcoming, spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Thank you very much!

I stayed at this hotel in 2023 and loved it. So going back this year, I obviously wanted to go there again. However, besides the amazing young lady who checked us in, the rooms were dirty, hair everywhere, stains on the rugs and there was a mice in the kitchen at nights. Definitely not going back.
