Perfect location right off the train station...and easy transfer to the airport. Had conflicting information about getting to the airport for a super early flight, but in the end all was good! Rooms were clean, but small...hotel very convenient to all things Venice!

We only spent one night at the hotel waiting for a cruise. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but very clean. We declined the breakfast as it cost 20 euros per person. We were able to walk into Venice for dinner and breakfast at a cafe the next morning. Close enough for a nice walk in the morning. The 12 o’clock check out was nice.

Very comfortable rooms and lobby. Perfect location if you want to be in Venice but not have to lug your bags through the canals. The hotel is the last hotel on a street (assessable by van) so you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel. No views worth mentioning because it’s not located on the canals but it’s less than 50 yards from the city main entry bridge.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff are brilliant, super friendly, the hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable. Also, it’s located perfectly for exploring Venice, right next to buses, trains for your arrival and right next to the entrance to the city or the water boats if you’d prefer to take this rather than walk through.

This was my second stay at the hotel and was not disappointed! The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed for easy access to both taxi service (not water based) and to the primary tourist areas of Venice. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return to that hotel in the future.

After an overnight flight from MA we werw able to check in extremely early (10am instead of 3 PM Front desk staff was excellent helpful and empathetic!! The hotel is very clean, located very close to bus (2 minute walk and train 8 minute walk) This is a very “Americanized “hotel, very clean with fabulous staff and VERY comfortable beds.
