Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us.

8/10 Very good

Great hotel in a great location if you’re staying in Old Town. It was great to easily walk back to our hotel or walk from the hotel to the convenience store to get snacks and water. We stayed in the historical Junior suite and it was great. The only downgrade for my rating was that the towel warmer didn’t work. Other than that everything was great. The spa was great! Americans will be used to a hotter hot tub though. We included the breakfast in our stay and it was fantastic each morning.

This is a great hotel, inside the old town which has limited car traffic. You can move around on foot from it even out of old town. It was a great property location, restaurant and staff.

My room was really quiet and I loved the spa and pool area. The hotel is right in the old town and so many attractions and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

An excellent location with a great bar/ restaurant attached plus rooftop terrace. Easy walking distance to the main square (literally 2 minutes max) and a great range of shops, bars and restaurants on the same street. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is great- the rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could ask for. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the spa and pool area is great. The only downside is the noise from Main Street at night, but that is the risk from a property that is so central
