Not sure why there were as many negative reviews as there are because this place was nice. It is downtown Portland so take that for what it’s worth. Although I do agree the floors next to the pool do smell of chlorine. Luckily I paid extra for a room on a higher level. Our flight came in at 930, we got there at 1030am and we were able to check in early for a small fee. So much nicer than having to wander around until we could check in.

I chose this property due to the amazing reviews. Was not impressed. The bathrooms had hair on the walls and floor, the trash cans were missing liners, and there was not a hand soap for us to use. I will say the staff was friendly and provided both items upon request.
