Cold room, small Little heater to plug in not even going, got to room About 9 pm and it was very cold. Had pre-booked so they knew I was coming. Noisy road out front that you hear all traffic from room I was given.

Fun hotel
An old time school converted to a hotel? Yes please. The restaurant (in the old cafeteria) alone was worth it. Lots of options for drinks, (4 bar areas) and even a small theater. There was lots of interesting art work to be seen and History pieces. There was lots of creaks but to be expected from a 100+ year old building, so I wouldn’t expect a quiet night.

Very Good8.0
Delightful place - best for Moderate temps
Wonderful old Beaux Arts schoolhouse with classrooms repurposed into comfortable rooms. Staff was awesome (shout out to Milo, who keeps the wood trim that is emblematic of the architecture gleaming and glorious). They do their best to help make up for lack of insulation from weather in those days (heavy curtains over single-pane windows) and small space heaters. But I was too cold. Better to stay there in Spring or Fall.
