Service from the front desk was awesome. The beds were comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was awesome TV and cable worked well and shower was nice and hot. The floor in the bathroom against the wall was dirty and I walked barefoot inside and my feet were dirty by the end of the night. Other than that, it was fantastic and I’d stay there again.

Good location but the hotel is definitely ran down a little. Flys flying around the inside entrance area. No heater in the room so was freezing all night and morning. Bed was a little uncomfortable on the cheaper side forsure. Also was the cheapest room so I guess you get what you pay for.

This place is a good option if you’re looking for inexpensive accommodations and are not planning to spend much time in your room. It’s in a great location within walking distance to just about everything and the staff was very accommodating, but the rooms are very small with minimal lighting and no seating options. There are also a lot of stairs and no elevators, which was not an issue for us.

It was a great time definitely felt like your own apartment. The only thing we would complain about is the bathroom. Very small but that wasn’t the problem just a bit dirty and needed to be updated. But did the job. Past that kitchen was nice and had a full fridge. It was a great place for the time we stayed

The property exceeded my expectations. Love the style of the cottage and the entrance to the cottages off the road. Early check-in, which wasn't expected, went smoothly and provided additional ease for the trip. Would recommend this accommodation.

Staff was super friendly. We had a cottage that seemed a bit more run down than represented in the site photos. I get that the place is old, but just little things like fixtures painted over, nails in the wall where pictures used to hang but had been left and painted over (i.e., cheap paint job), light switch cover that didnt fit so the door frame was chiseled away to make it fit. The bed was comfy and the place was clean however so overall it was fine. The proximity to town also cant be beat. I would stay here again.

Booked this for a cheap 2 night stay for a fishing trip for my son and I. Probably the smallest room I've ever stayed In. There was really no closet or place to store anything. The bathroom was so small you had to contort your body to make room to close the bathroom door. During the night it got chilly but we could not get the heater to work. Room was very pricey for what we got but it's Avalon and everything is expensive.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The AC worked perfectly, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area super convenient. Both the bathroom and the room were spotless upon arrival, and I encountered no issues at all during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!
