    Beautiful Location
Very beautiful and great location, my husband and I arrived Saturday afternoon. Some of the staff were not as pleasant or cheerful, they could've been more welcoming. Maybe they were feeling gloomy since it was raining, the next day it was nice and Sunny and some of the staff seemed happier. The room was nice and big, very clean. Our King Bed was comfortable but made a lot of noise each time we moved around. My husband and I wanted it to be Romantic but it was a little hard too since we ended up next to a couple who had 5 children, they allowed their children to run around the hallway screaming, crying and horse playing. It made it a little difficult for my husband and I to have our romantic stay. But this might of been partial my fault since i did realized after the fact that this place was more for families then couples. If i ever go back i would rather take my children, and If i go back with just my husband i will make sure to get a cabin further away...

    BEAUTIFUL LOCATION... Needs Fine Tuning
Family trip was nice there Beautiful location and building. Was surprised that the elevator was consistently broken. Housekeeping was slow...did not clean or bring new towels, etc. until I called at 4pm. The Fitness Center was ok but quite modest.Expected more given the resort pricing....but ok

    Heater doesn’t work
Overall we had a good experience. The only problem we had was when we arrived at the hotel at night after 5 hours driving the room assigned was freezing. The heater had a problem and they said all hotel has the sabe issue. Unfortunately that was not true, the room next door was completely fine (we talked to our neighbors). I do appreciate honesty and this was not the case. They did not want to give us another room. After 3 hours the heat started, unfortunately it was 1am, we very very tired and our daughter was sleeping with double layers and a coat.

We enjoyed our stay, and he location was great for visiting the Mariposa Grove in Yosemite. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls are really thin so that it was really noisy to the point that we could even follow our neighbor’s conversation!
