I live Brekfast time you can stay and relax . Different options for everyone. Bed very comfortable. Staff helpful. Gym a bit small but I always alone. Street a bit noisy on the fountain side . I would definitely come back .

Lovely property and well-designed rooms with high ceilings, huge mirrors and a rainfall showerhead stall with a powerful hand shower. Alessandra at the front desk was very welcoming (as were her colleagues) and the breakfast buffet was very nice. WiFi was solid, air conditioning effective and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great for business travelers and I will probably stay here again and refer colleagues.

Very pretty room with comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful, including carrying our bags up the entry steps. Immaculately clean with beautiful furnishings in a lovely old building. Breakfast was not included, but was available… We did not eat there but the restaurant there offered dinner as well. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were great. The breakfast and restaurant…great! The service was the absolute best of any hotel I have ever stayed in…not just fabulous customer service but everything done with kindness. It will be my new go-to hotel in Frankfurt!

The property was amazing and the staff were outstanding. I was not feeling well and they made me feel like I was at home and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The sauna area gave a private spa feeling.

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was great! The hotel is generally pretty good, and the front desk staff were kind but not very helpful when asked for directions or recommendations.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the reason for 4 stars: soundproofing where internal door connects to another room and floor or ceiling have limited soundproofing, someone was snoring in different room and we could easily hear that person.
