Breakfast was included with our stay . You can call them and ask to deliver to your room, if you want to eat without any delay and promptly. The hotel is very private, comfortable and easy to find . The Italian restaurant downstairs ( Tosca) offers a short menu with endless pairing options; the sommelier is going to help make the right choice. Since it’s a micheline star restaurant, people give yourself enough time for a lengthy dinner accompanied by tasty Italian dishes and delicious wines .

The Splendid is a nice boutique hotel tucked away in the amongst some amazing galleries on the streets. It's close to the Presidential Palace and other Government buildings. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance of all the major attractions and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel is nestled away from all the noise, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff here is top-tier and truly amazing. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, Amin, Emily, Paul, and Livo made us feel right at home. She remembered our orders every morning and consistently went the extra mile for us. Given the hotel’s very high price point and its intimate size — only 12 rooms — I expected a far more attentive and polished level of service. Regarding location, the issue is not the neighborhood itself but the lack of clear information and support. Before arriving, I asked about parking options. I was told there were nearby alternatives, but no one mentioned that the parking spots directly in front of the hotel were available for guests. I only learned this after struggling to park on a quiet Tuesday night and asking the staff directly. Breakfast was another disappointment. At a hotel of this category, you expect an exceptional experience. On our first morning, service at the restaurant was slow and disorganized. Although breakfast is à la carte, it took 15 minutes just to receive a glass of orange juice. The food was only average — the bread even tasted stale — and the overall service felt surprisingly sluggish. For the next three days, we opted for in-room breakfast, which is complimentary and a welcome perk.
