An "Easy Hotel" very compact but decent!
Rooms are extremely tiny and there is no elevator. However, incredibly clean, very welcoming staff. Be aware that Easily Hotels is like a low cost carrier airline, everything is add-on including fresh towels and cleaning, but there is a set standard in terms of service, expectation and cleanliness. Booking through hotels.com gives you free internet and TV. If you need a conveniently located hotel, that's clean and relatively quiet this is quite alright.

Lemons to Lemonade
I had booked a double economy with a window back in July through Hotels.com. When I arrived late September, Easy Hotel did have my reservation but not my room. I stayed in a room the size of a closet that smelled like urine for two nights. Then, Easy Hotel transferred me without additional cost to Lord Jim's Hotel that was more expensive per night. That room was airy, comfortable bed, bath ensuite and the hotel had a lift. So does Earl Court station that runs to Heathrow. So, Easy Hotel came through in the end by getting me a really great room in another hotel. I am not sure if the mixup in reservation was the responsibility of Hotel.com or Easy Hotel South Kensington. But what was looking like lemons for two nights turned into lemonade for the rest of my 9 day stay. My room at Easy Hotel Kensington was not what I had reserved and paid for months in advance. It was tiny, no window, and smelled bad. But they did take the responsibility and eat the cost of transferring me to a better hotel. So it was all good. I have stayed in Easy Hotels on other trips to the U.K. and they have been great.

Great value, comfortable beds!
Excellent value if you just need a bed for the night and recognise that the room is very compact. I now choose to stay at Easy Hotel rather than other 3 star hotels in the area as in the three times I have stayed there, the rooms have been clean, quiet, a good temperature and the beds are very comfortable. The towels are fluffy and not paper thin and scratchy that you sometimes get in other cheaper establishments. In the Earls Court area you often hear road and tube noises, but the rooms that I choose to stay in do not have a window but they therefore have good lighting, are quiet and have a good television that you may have to pay for depending on how you booked your room. The rooms are small and there is no storage space, but there is a plug for charging your phone and some hooks to hang clothes so ideal if it is just you and you are using the room just to sleep. The location is excellent as it is on a nice quiet residential street with good walking distance to Harrods, the Natural History Museum, Earl Court and South Kensington

Room for improvement
Relatively cheap at face value & I knew full well that i’d have to pay for extras such as daily cleaning, fresh linen/towels, tv and internet, but all I really needed was a good night’s sleep for 3 nights not too far from Pimlico. Sadly, the walls are too thin if you end up next to noisy neighbours - “easy” can’t predict this but they could have better sound insulation, so I got precious little sleep each night. 2nd & 3rd nights there were unpleasant smells around and I was bitten by something the 1st night but that may not have been an insect in the room, so again, not necessarily “easy’s“ fault. Once you’ve showered in the cruise ship style cubicle you have to stand in water or a damp foot towel to use the sink as it takes ages to evaporate. They’ve nearly got it right, but until they do I shan’t choose an “easy” place to stay for the moment.

Poor 2.0
It's possible. Worst hotel in London.
worst. ever. STAY AWAY. Listed as airconditioned - only in reception area - they gave us a fan for the room because it was so stuffy. Had to sleep with door propped open with 3 shoes. The room pix on website - similar to car passenger side mirror - " smaller than they appear." Barely adequate for solo traveler. But can't accomodate 2 people. Had to sleep diagonally on bed to fit; no room on floor for luggage - kept empty luggage outside room to be able to navigate inside room. Bathroom ... omg. The boeing 787 bathroom is larger - no joke. The floor of the bathroom is elevated - is was moving up and down while you are in there. They made you feel like a loser when you ask for new towels (there is no room cleaning/no linen/towel exchange)
