When we arrived at the hotel after a 14 hour flight, we were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, he could see we were exhausted and made our check-in very easy and quick, the concierge took our luggage and delivered it to our room, we were very pleased with the room it was spotless and had all the facilities we needed, the bed was comfortable and the linen beautiful cotton, after settling in we went to the bar and was again met by a nice smiling young lady, the bar area was clean and tidy, the drinks a little expensive but it’s expected really. This is a lovely hotel and is very handy for Heathrow airport. Will I book this hotel again, definitely.
