Room was large for London’s standard. No frills such as hair conditioner, body lotion etc. pillows flat as pancake, bed was hard. But room was clean, service good.

Good value, good location
I stayed 12 days over the Christmas holidays. Seems everyone else also thought it a good idea to go to London for Christmas — I’ve never seen so many people in my life. Considering hotel prices in London, I believe I received good value for money spent. Room was spacious, even a little table & 2 chairs. Hotel is close to underground stop, bus from front of hotel goes to V&A & on to Harrod’s. Two blocks to right is South Kensington, two to the left is a more ethnic area. Ate fruit I had no idea what it was. Recommend Jaffa Cafe there. One complaint: How about a READING LIGHT? Save on salaries by not making those silly triangles on ends of toilet paper & buy a reading light instead! In sum, the hotel was good value & I would stay there again.

Need more charging areas in the rooms.
The hotel itself, was good, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. Very close to the West Brompton train station which made it very easy to navigate through the city. The location of the hotel wasn’t ideal - there was nothing to do in the surrounding area. My one complaint of the rooms was the lack of wall plugs. Our room had just 2 (3 if you unplugged the TV which we did). When people travel with smartphones, tablets, tech watches, cameras with rechargeable batteries and other gadgets, 2 wall plugs for two people in the entire room is not enough. Please fix this!
