Wonderful location. Nice patio outside where we sat and enjoyed drinks each evening. Very good breakfast buffet ( for a fee). Staff was super helpful

8/10 Very good

Seemed like a bit of a sketchy area & front door was always locked, requiring us to get buzzed in by staff during our one night stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean & very basic.

8/10 Very good

Excellent staff and the room was nice. This hotel is in the historic district on a road that only taxis have access to. Uber cannot get you to the door so you have to walk down a steep hill. The area is beautiful, but walking is a challenge if you have trouble with steps. But that’s Lisbon!

We liked the breakfast and courtyard. It was next to lots of dining and historic sites. The staff was very helpful with storing luggage and ordering taxis.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel room is clean and though the reception is simple but very helpful staff. The only disappointment is the location of the hotel with no proper pick-up and dropping shade. And we took a taxi back to hotel and he refused to drive into the street with a bullock stump. And the tiny road is steep with cobblestones making difficulty in walking especially my wife having to use a walking stick... and not recommended for wheelchair... too steep.
