I had a great one night stay at the Dear Lisbon - Palace Chiado Suites. This is not a hotel to book if you have trouble with stairs, but they do everything possible to make it as easy as possible, including moving your luggage for you promptly. Super friendly staff, unique accommodation and great breakfast delivered to your room. I would highly recommend!

Everything was exceptional. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. Everything about the property was excellent. We really enjoyed the staff and their helpfulness, they went out of their way to make our stay special. We highly recommend the property and would visit them again if ever in the area. Our room is extremely large with huge sitting area. The bathroom was a bit small relative to the room size but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was phenomenal and delivered promptly each morning. The rooms are 3 flights up without a lift, but the staff handled out luggage. So it's not a problem unless you have mobility problems.

We had room 2, which was oversized and absolutely beautiful with a king bed but unfortunately the second day the air conditioner became faulty and we were moved to room 8. This was also a lovely room but it was half the size and had a queen bed, it did however have an incredible view of the city. The staff were lovely and it was in a great location.
