The whole experience was “ok” Not what I expect from a Hyatt. The hotel is very tired and seemed set in the ‘90s Room was upgraded and spacious, clean and the hotel located well for the PATH train. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was again ok. I’ve stayed in better and cheaper places whilst in the area.

The staff and hotel were great. Our room was directly below the terrace restaurant and one night there was a wedding party. The noise level was pretty awful. I would still recommend the hotel. Very close to the path, right across water from Manhattan, beautiful views. Super easy to get around the city.

Great service! Parking garage is across the way diagonally so a bit of a walk with your belongings but a validated $27/day for this area is a great deal! Room was nice and great breakfast buffet. A lot of places nearby ro DoorDash from if you don’t want the food from the restaurant on top floor.

The parking garage situation was a bit confusing. I was able to park but you can't really lodge a lot with a trolly to the garage across the brick end-about. The alarm went off at 2:10am and was on for 20 minutes before being shut off. Yes the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good as well as rooftop restaurant. Next time I would uber there instead of driving. It's located in a congested area.

This property is in a prime location on the river & right next to the Path. The lobby is extremly small & shabby. The corridors are okay, boring with new-ish carpet. The rooms are mixed: the furniture's new, modern & quite nice; and the mattress & linens are good. Everything else is dated & shabby (1 light switch at the entry, 2 sad lamps, old coffee maker, old bathroom). The worst of our stay was an alarm that went off at 3AM & the same message blasted out for 30 solid minutes. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. It was disappointing staying there other than location, I wouldn't stay there again.
