    Very Good Hotel
Hotel was great, well located, room was nice and clean. They only give us two WI-FI (not so fast connection), my opinion is that you shouldn't be limited as far as the number of devices. Valet parking is very hard to find especially on a crowded day it takes 20 minutes to go around the block if you miss the entrance.

    Horrible customer service
I am so unhappy with the service at this place. I booked a room for myself and three friends. We went to a concert on the beach. I was the first to go back to the room. Do you to being out in the sun all day I ended up falling asleep. Unfortunately I had all of the room keys on me. My friends went to the desk to try to get some help with getting up to the room. However, they received no help whatsoever. My one friend requires insulin injections as she is a diabetic. Finally after explaining this to the 4th or 5th person, security brought her up to the room. They woke me up and asked if it was ok that she was here. Why wouldn’t someone have done this to begin with?? Several other people had legitimate complaints and issues due to over booking rooms, etc. Never again will I stay at this hotel again.

    Communication needs improvement.
We enjoyed our stay at Caesar's. The room, in the Centurian Tower was large, attractive, and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The marble bathroom was gorgeous. There is a TV remote in the bathroom, but seeing no TV we just pointed it about the room a few times and the TV was displayed in the mirror. Not terrible practical, but a lot of fun. We did have a couple issues, though. What couple goes to Atlantic City and only needs 6 hangers? One morning they were working on the hot water heater and there was no hot water at all for a couple hours. They could have told us - they have our email. The biggest complaint though was the total lack of information in the room. We had to ask casino employees where we could get breakfast. There was no list of cable channels and no information about amenities. No information about check out time either.

Hotel was having an issue with hot water in a tower, my room stunk of smoke and they closed down half of their biggest bar (toga)

    Pool not good for kids
It was good the only that I had a 13 year who couldn’t use the pool. If I knew that the pool was adult only I would of stay elsewhere.
