    Great honeymoon destination!

Very comfortable. Great amenities. Great service. The balcony room with ocean view was worth the extra expense. They did not offer room service, not sure if this is COVID related, but the description stated Room Service was an option. No problem though, we had made reservations at the restaurant inside the hotel, The Blue Pig Tavern, for breakfasts anyway.

    The Best!

Room 347 is exquisite with views of town and the ocean and best of both worlds. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back next year for our anniversary. Steps away from all shops, beach and dining. We come to Cape May every year and never disappointed. This is my new favorite!

The service was not good. We had to have drinks outside. They had no working heaters. 20 heaters out there. Not one working. I find it hard to believe. I think they too cheap to turn them on

    Congress Hall Christmas

Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Room was very clean. Staff seemed a bit overextended. Bathroom door wouldn’t close.

    Not worth the cost

Our stay was pleasant but the cost exceeded the value of stay. Rooms are small The ocean view comes with root of 3 rd floor roof - metal providing sun reflecting unpleasant. Hotels restaurant service was horrible. Without coffee pot in room and phone not working (asked to fix but never did) made morning hard. Plenty of other options in area will not return

    Xmas holiday at Congress Hall

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, there was great dining options on site which was nice because many restaurants we usually go during the summer seemed not open. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room and the rooms and hallways, ballroom were a bit drafty, but all in all great experience. Concierge was helpful with on-site dining and spa reservations, but not so helpful with activities offered by other orgs in town.
