Dirty, loud, and shabby
First time staying here; booked for location. I am stunned at the dirty and shabby condition of the room. Silverfish on the bathroom floor. Dirty grout, filthy corners, carpet stains, old AC unit with broken bottom and exceedingly loud. Hotel was booked solid for the night with a wedding going on, so as long as people don't demand something better, nothing will change.

Conveniently located
This was a very convenient hotel to stay in as it’s in the heart of Princeton. I didn’t have a car so I needed to be somewhere centrally accessible. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms could use a refresh.

Run down - looks NOTHING like photos and the loud old HVAC woke me up three times with its banging. But please don't let this reflect on the lovely concierge - they were very professional and sympathetic. This place exploits its coveted proximity to Princeton University and gauges its guests for a stay in this tired old ruin. Shameful.
