The shower was not cleaned two of the three nights we stayed. It also flooded into the bathroom area and room. The extractor fan in the shower was not working but despite reporting it it wasn't repaired. There was only one chair in the room for two people. Apart from these issues the room served its purpose and the hotel is in a great location. They advertise a rooftop bar but on two of the three nights there was a private function on in the bar and hotel guests were not allowed in. It transpires that the bar/restaurant is a seperate entity from the hotel. The breakfast menu was extensive and good quality. The reception staff were very helpful and professional in their role. The air conditioning was in good working order.

Can’t beat the location … central to all the main sites and theatres. Leicester square is a hub of activity right outside the door. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Booked our stay through Expedia and somehow Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel before we arrived. Took a few hours for the hotel to get it straight. The location in Leicester Square is great. the room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar has excellent views and tasty food. Surprisingly quite room to be in a busy square.

Room felt dirty and grimey. Not as nice as photos. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so we were not able to use for a drink. For the amount we paid it was not worth it. We were able to go to the rooftop for breakfast which was good. Staff not super helpful when we asked questions.
