My son may have stayed here quite a few times now and I’ve got to say it’s my most favourite hotel in London. The staff are always so happy and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious although if I had to fault one thing it would be I could do with a stronger coffee in the morning. The beds are super comfortable. The shower is wonderful as are the bath products The location is great honestly I can’t fault it.

Great location, staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean although you could see corners of the rooms weren't as i would expect for this type of hotel. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast buffet was also ok. Overall, we had a great long weekend and suited our needs perfectly well. I would recommend.
