Warm welcoming staff. Very friendly and helpful, especially Greg at the door.

Great hotel! We will definitely becoming back. It felt like a home away from home. It was spotless. Well decorated and furnished room. The bedroom windows have been retrofitted so very minimal outdoor sounds enter the bedrooms. The front desk had our keys ready for us upon arrival and were helpful with additional items we needed during our stay. Greg was the best bellman! His recommendations and directions were very helpful. He always greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. His enthusiasm demonstrated his workmanship pride.

8/10 Very good

2 bedroom suite was really helpful for our 4 person family to be in one spot. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well appointed. Gym is tiny. Lobby is functional. Bar was great. Fantastic cocktails, good energy. Did not try the restaurant. It’s a place designed for longer term corporate stays. The staff was great.

8/10 Very good

Very conveniently located and clean property although room was a little basic but fully functional. Lighting in room is a bit dark and if there are bed side switches I failed to find them. A/C unit was too loud to sleep through and I shut it off. Fortunately I didn’t need it but it would be a problem in hotter weather. All in all a pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful hotel - GREAT location and the staff is absolutely incredible. Special call-out to front desk professionals Bianca and Jordan, and bellman, Greg, for their exceptional hospitality. I stayed in a suite that included a full kitchen, decorative fire place, seating area, and private bedroom. The room was well maintained and very clean. This is now my 'go-to' hotel in Philly.

Room was clean, staff at front desk (Juliet) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the restaurant on site was terrific. A unique menu, wonderful staff. Parking though we had to walk in wind and rain was convenient enough.

This hotel was fabulous. The rooms and common areas were clean and fully equipped. The gym, tho small, had everything I needed and I was the only one in it every time I went. The location, at Rittenhouse, was so convenient. But the staff was beyond belief - warm and welcoming, helpful, and highly competent. In particular, we appreciated the presence and service of Maria and Wister at the front desk and the Doorman, Greg. I never want to stay at another hotel in Philly!

The room was clean. The staff was accomodating. Not sure if there is parking. The gym was there, next to a laundry and almost the same size. The price and the current amenities just disagree with in the experience I've expected. The sleep was decent.
