This is a wonderful hotel - GREAT location and the staff is absolutely incredible. Special call-out to front desk professionals Bianca and Jordan, and bellman, Greg, for their exceptional hospitality. I stayed in a suite that included a full kitchen, decorative fire place, seating area, and private bedroom. The room was well maintained and very clean. This is now my 'go-to' hotel in Philly.

This hotel was fabulous. The rooms and common areas were clean and fully equipped. The gym, tho small, had everything I needed and I was the only one in it every time I went. The location, at Rittenhouse, was so convenient. But the staff was beyond belief - warm and welcoming, helpful, and highly competent. In particular, we appreciated the presence and service of Maria and Wister at the front desk and the Doorman, Greg. I never want to stay at another hotel in Philly!

Parking at the hotel was very confusing. I was told that I could park at the nearby garage with in and out privileges but I ended up having to purchase the parking pass online and the parking pass only allowed me to go in and out when I hit the “help” button at the garage to ask for admittance and to ask to exit. Parking was also very expensive. I called the hotel before hand to ask about parking and was told there were 2 garages available but the rep at the hotel failed to offer the address or details of what to expect/pricing. Had I known parking would be $52 a day, I would have just settled with Lyft/Uber instead. The room was okay; however there were spiders in the corners on the walls. Pest control should spray more. I also had to call maintenance to drill holes in the window coverings because when the wind blew the panes would bow in and out which made an annoying noise. The air conditioner was way too loud. Perhaps this was because the hotel’s shell is a much older building. There was hair in the shower which was also a disappointment. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating upon my arrival which I appreciated. If I visited Philadelphia again I would choose the other new AKA Rittenhouse to experience a more polished and newer room.
