The hotel staff was excellent at this hotel. Various employees went out of their way to assist me and always with a smile on their face. The room was super comfy and roomy.

Something is wrong in this hotel with the Air Conditioning.. It was hot in our room both nights we stayed here. Two different rooms, same warm room! We heard several others complaining at the front desk..

Stayed over President's Day weekend. Booked for Feb 19-21. Checked out Feb. 20. We had two main problems and ended up bailing for another hotel after the first night. I did speak with the GM the next day, and he has assured me that the two issues we had are being rectified. And he promised a future stay on them. Long story short, the room is stuffy with no AC, and we got a parking ticket for parking where we were told to park. The explanation is that the AC is not keeping up when the hotel occupancy is high such as it was during the holiday weekend. A new HVAC system has already been ordered and will be installed "at the end of the month." Please bear in mind that in the rooms, the sliding doors do not open. There is no relief for the stuffiness unless you open the front door, since there aren't any windows either. The air vent in the room will run and is controlled by individual thermostat, but because the compressor is overworked, no cool air is produced and only recirculated air comes out. The explanation for the parking is that someone broke the parking gate. So the gate was left up. There is a gate because non-guests have been "squatting" in their lot. The part to repair the gate has been ordered but has not replied. On the night we arrived, parking had already overflowed to around the pond, which is a fire lane. We asked and were told by the hotel that we should park there. Multiple cars along with ours were all ticketed ($25) by the local township the next morning.

Really wonderful experience! Our flight was cancelled so we looked on hotels.com for a room and quickly found Delta. The shuttle was fast and the driver was nice. A lot of people had cancelled flights so the hotel was way busier than It seemed they were planning. We got checked in pretty quickly and our room was gorgeous. It was clean and spacious. We spent three nights and couldn’t hear neighbors even though the hotel was busy. We took an Uber to get breakfast which wasn’t bad.

Only one thing I didn't like was that there is no independent air conditioning. Temperature outside was freezing, but the room was too warm. Lowering the thermostat only ran the fan, probably because the building system was in heat mode. Couldn't get it lower than 74°.
