From checkin and throughout our stay we were made welcome by a very professional and approachable team. Stayed at Room 3, clean and comfortable size. Stunning partial view of St. Michael’s Mount and the beach. Modern amenities with USB charging and plenty of plugs. Ample size and modern toilet with walk in shower and strong water pressure. Breakfast is excellent with both continental and cooked options. Parking is plenty and secure. The staff are outstanding with hotel Manager Karen making us feel welcome and well looked after. Strongly recommend Marazion Hotel as it will exceed all expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marazion Hotel. The location is perfect, with stunning views, and the hotel itself is beautifully presented. Our original room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The restaurant deserves a special mention – both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with excellent food and attentive service. Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly and professional. We did experience an unexpected room change due to a maintenance issue, and although the replacement room wasn’t quite to the same standard as our original room, the team handled our concerns with genuine care and professionalism. They listened to our feedback, acted quickly and went above and beyond to make things right, which we really appreciated. No hotel is immune to the occasional maintenance issue, but what stands out is how it’s handled, and the customer service we received was excellent. We left feeling valued as guests and would happily stay again. Thank you to everyone at the Marazion Hotel for making us feel so welcome.

Staff were friendly and helpful - I asked for a late checkout as I was taking part in the Marazion Triathlon and I wanted to be able to have a shower after the event. This was fully accommodated at no extra cost. The food was excellent (evening meal), even down to the delicious yoghurt for breakfast! Hotel was spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location opposite St Michael's Mount and a lovely beach. Hotel is very cosey with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is good honest cooking done very well. The breakfasts are waitress served and cooked freshly to your liking. There is barrier parking exclusive for resident guests which is a bonus.
