I had the option to stay at the Hilton close by for £20 more and kinda wish I had. I have stayed here before and it is what it is - a comfy bed for the night. But I’ve never not been able to get the basics supplied like a hair dryer - this time they had none available. When you are spending a decent amount of money for convenience between traveling the least you can do is ensure there is enough amenities to go round. I excepted the fact if I want a hot drink I go and by one as no kettle in the room but there is room for a hair dryer or at least keep enough in stock. I will look elsewhere now in future.
