Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was always crowded with travelers and bags. Overall it was just an irritating place to stay and we couldn’t wait to check out.

Lovely appartment in a fab area, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. No robes as advertised and couldnt use kettle as blew all electrics when turned on. Very helpful friendly staff

Room was small but ok as I only needed somewhere to sleep. Very convenient location just around the corner from the office. Reason I gave a low rating was because there was mould in the shower, the toilet didn’t flush properly and it was so noisy when people above walked it woke me up.

Tatty, tired, heating on full all night with no way to turn it off and balcony door wouldn’t open so I had zero fresh air. TV signal was poor and kept switching off. I checked in on the later side and left early so there was no one on reception to report this too. Also woke up with a few bites on my shoulder which is concerning. Conveniently located close to Liverpool St station. I didn’t find it noisy at all, shower was decent, but wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooftop deck was so worth it! The doorway out to the deck is the only way to get fresh air into the top floor which seemed odd - the room fan was great for air movement, especially for sleeping. Their bag storage was extremely helpful! There were some aesthetic repairs that could be made and the deadbolt wouldn’t engage - I just used the chairs to block the door swing. Very close to Liverpool which made getting anywhere super easy. Desk staff were very kind and helpful!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - NOT SAFE or PROFFESSIONAL Only this correct in the advertisement of this property is the location. I have never ever had to leave a property mid stay (I travel every week across the UK for work). I was so uncomfortable at this property for so many reasons I couldn't bear it and left after 2 miserable night Shoddy from floor to ceiling...tatty everywhere, everything needs to be replaced. Poor facilities that aren't up to a 4 class standard Noisy, cistern on toilet knackered. No hot running water in kitchen No water provided and tap ran tepid Disgusting old sponge that many many other guests had previously used Only 1 pan provided, no utensils provided Floorboors so incredibly noisy Toiletries not as described Whole place needs to be stripped out and started again Staff were friendly and helped me with my case However after night 2 with no sleep due to cistern, I checked out. I raised a refund request for the 2 remaining nights with hotels.com and the manger is refusing to refund anything. they say I should have raised these issues with them....my leaky cistern at 1am?? No staff on site between 11am and 9am. And they weren't going to completely refund what they described as their best flat in a day. I travel solo for business, I need to feel safe and with basic comforts ...I wish I'd booked a Travelodge I wish I'd read some of the other reviews and saved myself the misery and cost. Hopefully I can save someone else having the same issue.

Terrible worn down place… had the luxury penthouse Heather Terrace. I guess it was acceptable clean, but really really worn down. Screws in the floor ripping your feet, broken Stowe, dirty and insufficient kitchen supplies. Only plus was the terrasse/balcony but really noisy due to aircondition devices all around. And no elevator, super small bathroom with broken toilet flush. You had to fill a bucket with water and flush that way…. Not really luxurious…… broken lamps, poor frontdesk staff. The owner was around he seemed nice otherwise clearly rude staff, that talked about the customers in foreign language, right in front of you.

Check in was ok but that’s the best I can say. The floors squeaked terribly including upper and lower floors meaning late night and early morning movements of other guests disturbed us. The mirrored wardrobe door was smashed with out any protection to ourselves against injury, kitchen tap was loose and flopping all over the place when we tried to use it, kettle lid broken and did not switch of when boiling, only one toilet flush button worked, the mattress springs were so worn out to a point it had a mask e dip in it which left us enable to sleep all night. Generally the fixtures and fittings are all worn out and personally I would waste your money, look elsewhere and pay extra if need be.

Rooms are really small and The bathroom is not bigger than A box. Everything in this hotel is no more than essential.even though the position is quite practical very close to the Paddington station and the staff is kind and helpful, prices are quite high even for the London average.

Nice but noisy

My only issue with the place was the noise from other rooms, so much that it was even making the bed wobble with noise vibrations. The only way you're going to get any sleep is with a good set of sleep ear plugs. Especially as the dustbin lorry arrives at 04:30 to collect the pub opposite's empty bottles.
