My stay was excellent- I especially liked that my unit was clean and comfortable with a platform bed and good light (from two windows) spanning its length. The hotel is in a convenient but quiet location close to Bayswater Station (1 stop from Paddington), Queensway Station, and Notting Hill Gate Station; shops and markets are closeby if you want to cook a meal, or stock your fridge. The staff was especially helpful in checking me in, and answering navigational questions- like pointing me in the direction to walk to Nottinghill Bookshop and the local Waitrose. Many thanks to Avni, and Abdul, for an amazing stay!

The hotel location is great! Close to a bus line and an easy walk to several tube lines, the hotel is on a quiet street. The neighborhood has many good restaurants with a lots of variety, laundrettes, grocery stores, bars, pharmacies, etc. There is an elevator in the hotel but there are several steep steps up to the front door, and several units have interior stairs up to them, so do be sure to ask before booking. Our unit was a reasonable size (hotel rooms in London are notoriously small) and had a well-furnished kitchen with full sized dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and two burner stove. The bed, however, was an old-fashioned double (smaller than a queen). We had a washer/dryer combo but it was a small capacity and took quite a while to complete a cycle. We learned to put it on the quick cycle but it still took several drying cycles to completely dry the laundry. Nevertheless, an in-unit laundry was very handy. Cleaning service is only done once a week, but trash was emptied daily and towels were replaced upon request. We stayed for two weeks and found it to be a pleasant pied-a-terre in London at a reasonable (for London) price. If one is arriving from Heathrow, the Heathrow Express takes you directly to Paddington Station in a short time. Paddington Station is quite close to the hotel, making for a convenient connection by bus (three stops) or walking.

It was renovated, and looked modern. But the bed and pillow were too soft for my taste. However I was so tired after walking around every day, I slept easily. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the washing machine in the room. We were walking distance to 2 Tube stops and easy bus route to Paddington train station.

Lovely location, me and my partner try and stay in Kensington area if we can and this was a great place to stay, well priced and nice natural light in the room. However, the mattress was awful, probably the worst two nights of sleep I’ve had in years, would 100% stay here again provided the mattress was changed to a softer one.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very easy and efficient check-in. Conveniently located near Bayswater Underground station, a short few minutes' walk away. Also close to Hyde Park and walkable distance to a Sainsbury's and a M&S for delicious and fast meals so you don't always have to eat out. The flat has everything you need: nice, clean comfy bed, kitchenette, 2-in-1 washer-dryer, and a full bathroom. A great place to have a nice, quiet, comfortable stay.

We had a good time in london and this property made it very easy to tour around with near by transport and walkable amenities. The staff were friendly too. The bedroom was spacecious and lovely, just minor cleanliness issues.
