6/10 Good

Cleanliness of the room was great. Some staff need training in customer service. I had a shower issue and had to call 3 days in a row until maintenance came to fix it. The walls and windows of the room were as if they were made from paper, I could hear everything, from next door’s alarm going off every morning, them opening and shutting their blinds, and doors from all rooms banging as they went in and out of their rooms. You could hear people shouting on the ground, even though I was 24 floors up!

Pretty good place to stay. Not comparable with 5 star hotel. However, really nice beds. Not sure if the price of the hotel is worth paying for it in New York. Location is great right next to Penn station.
