5 night stay as a couple. Great hotel, super convenient for transport, restaurants, USJ, really can’t fault it. Staff were lovely, very friendly. Breakfast was crowded but took advantage of sitting in the non-themed room every day so no long wait. Same food, just quieter room. Booked a city view room on Luxury Floor so had a great view of Osaka skyline. Size wise, room was bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. Amenities were refreshed every day and we really appreciated the daily bottles of water. Fantastic stay, hope to return.
